Micro-Porous PTFE membranes are crystalline state polytetrafluoroethylene material which is extruded to film with a very high draw velocity at the temperature close to its melting point. After cooling, the film is stretched again in order to make the film own the characteristic of three-dimensional structure. Its aperture, thickness and porosity can be adjusted under the requirement during drawing. Aperture is generally 0.2～15μm, thickness 15～30μm, porosity high to 80～97％. The micro apertures of membrane are anomalous, porosity is high, orientations of nodes are generally consistent, arranging in strip order.
